Lehi Chiropractor for Sports, Family & Injury Care

Utah Sports & Family Chiropractic is located in north Lehi, where Dr. Garrett Peterson provides one-on-one care for athletes, working adults, families and people recovering after a collision.

Local perspective

A Lehi Practice Built Around an Active Community

Lehi brings together fast-growing neighborhoods, established families, school athletics and one of Utah’s busiest technology corridors. A normal week may include work near Adobe, Ancestry, Entrata, Podium, Texas Instruments or the other offices spread through Silicon Slopes, followed by training along the Murdock Canal Trail or getting children to practices at Skyridge, Lehi High and local recreation fields. Care at our office begins with the demands your actual schedule places on your body. The clinic is just down the road from Adobe and accepts the insurance used by many Adobe employees; benefits still vary by individual plan.

Dr. Peterson earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States. His background in soccer, wrestling and MMA informs a practical approach to movement and injury, while his experience with youth, collegiate and professional competitors helps him adapt care to different sports and levels. Recommendations are explained clearly and adjusted to your goals and response—never built around a high-pressure prepaid plan.

School, team, park and employer names identify the community we serve. They do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or an official provider relationship.

Individualized services

Care Designed for the Way Lehi Moves and Works

The office combines focused examination with treatment options that can be selected individually. You do not need to decide which service you need before your first appointment.

Sports and Extremity Injuries

Runners, soccer players, wrestlers, lifters and recreational athletes visit for concerns involving the spine, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle and foot. The goal is to understand what is limiting the activity and build sensible next steps for returning to it.

SoftWave® Shockwave Therapy

This noninvasive option may be considered for certain tendon, muscle and other soft-tissue complaints. Dr. Peterson first evaluates whether the technology fits the presentation instead of treating it as the automatic answer for every painful area.

Auto-Accident Evaluation

After a Lehi or I-15 collision, early attention can help document symptoms and identify the appropriate level of care. The clinic accepts auto-insurance cases and maintains clinical records while patients coordinate coverage with their insurer.
