Personalized hands-on muscle care
Massage therapy offers dedicated time to address muscle tension, soreness, recovery and relaxation. Carina Cannon brings a calming, intuitive approach and adapts pressure, pace and areas of focus to your comfort, preferences and goals. Massage can be booked on its own—you do not need to be a chiropractic patient.

What it is and why we use it
Carina is passionate about helping clients feel grounded, restored and at ease in their bodies. She creates a supportive experience tailored to each client's individual needs, beginning with a conversation about focus areas, pressure preferences and comfort.
Massage uses hands-on pressure and movement across muscles and other soft tissues. Your session can be focused on a specific region or provide a broader relaxation experience.
Massage may provide short-term relief for some types of muscle soreness and pain, while also supporting relaxation. Results vary, and massage is not a substitute for evaluation of unexplained or serious symptoms.
