Listen
We discuss your symptoms, health history, daily demands and goals.
Personalized joint and movement care
Chiropractic care at our Lehi office begins with a conversation and examination—not an automatic adjustment. We identify the movements and activities that are limited, explain what we find and choose treatment techniques that fit your needs, preferences and goals.

What it is and why we use it
Chiropractic treatment may include controlled joint manipulation, gentler mobilization, soft-tissue work and movement guidance. Techniques can be modified based on your comfort, age, health history and preferences.
The goal is not to chase a perfect X-ray or place everyone on the same schedule. It is to improve useful movement, reduce irritation when possible and help you return to the activities that matter to you.
We work with patients with a wide range of activity levels—from people who simply want to move more comfortably day to day to athletes working toward a safe return to training, competition or recreation.
Your visit
We discuss your symptoms, health history, daily demands and goals.
Your examination may include movement, strength, orthopedic and neurological testing.
When appropriate and with your consent, care is adapted to your findings and comfort.
We track meaningful changes in symptoms, motion and activity—not visits alone.
During and after care
Safety first
Most side effects are temporary, such as soreness or stiffness. Some health conditions require technique changes, medical clearance, imaging or referral. Tell us about recent trauma, osteoporosis, blood-thinning medication, neurological symptoms and other diagnoses before treatment.
Common questions
Possibly. Treatment begins only after an appropriate assessment, when it is a reasonable option and you agree to proceed.
No. Dr. Peterson can discuss alternatives, modify techniques or avoid an area based on your preference and clinical needs.
That varies by the concern, its duration and your response. We reassess progress and discuss the plan rather than promising a fixed number in advance.
